Shipping Times and Pricing

As a charity organisation, we provide some free resources to create access for all Australians to join us in the fight against stroke.

These resources include F.A.S.T items such as bookmarks, wallet cards, F.A.S.T Packs, posters and About Stroke Fact Sheets. For any of our free or paid information resources we provide delivery at zero cost. 

For all Merchandise our shipping rates are as follows: 

Standard Domestic Shipping (2-8 business days): $9.99AUD. 

Express Post (1-4 business days): $14.99AUD. 

We ship orders with Australia Post and Direct Couriers. The listed timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary in periods of high volume or delays outside of our control.   
  
These timeframes do not include our order processing time of 48 hours.  
During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas, etc) please allow another 1-3 days in delays as our courier partners can become very busy during these periods. 

COVID-19 & Weather Delays

Australia Post and other carriers are experiencing delivery delays due to higher than usual volumes, COVID-19 & extreme weather conditions across Australia.
As a result, some parcels are taking longer than expected to arrive. Due to these delays within the Australia Post network, we have been informed that the current parcel post delivery times around Australia are 7 to 11 business days.
