Refund Policy

30 Day Return Policy 

The stroke Foundation offers a 30 day return policy for change of mind. If you would like to return your purchase please email store@strokefoundation.org.au within 30 days of receipt of the item for a refund. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return the items must be unused, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received them. 

Repair, Replacement or Refund Policy 

If an item is deemed to be faulty, the Stroke Foundation offers the option of repair, replacement or refund.   

Refunds can only be charged back to the credit card they were originally taken from.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Product faults must be reported to store@strokefoundation.org.au along with details outlining the fault, a copy of your receipt and pictures of the product, including any available evidence of the fault. 

Faulty products must be returned at the buyer expense. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items of considerable value, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held accountable for items lost in transit.
