1. Return PolicyÂ
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
2. Eligibility for ReturnsÂ
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:Â
- The item was purchased from our online store.Â
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused.Â
- The item is returned with all original tags and packaging.Â
3. Non-returnable ItemsÂ
The following items cannot be returned:Â
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.Â
- Customized or personalized products.Â
4. Return ProcessÂ
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:Â
- Contact our customer service team at store@strokefoundation.org.au to request a return authorization.Â
- Once you receive the return authorization, securely package the item(s) and include a note with your name, email, order number and proof of purchase.Â
- Ship the item(s) to the following address:Â

4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.Â
5. RefundsÂ
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
6. ExchangesÂ
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective ItemsÂ
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at store@strokefoundation.org.au with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
