As a charity organization, we provide free resources to
ensure all Australians can join us in the fight against stroke. These resources
include F.A.S.T. items such as bookmarks, wallet cards, F.A.S.T. Packs,
posters, and About Stroke Fact Sheets.
For all merchandise & resources, our shipping &
handling rates are based on weight and are as follows:
Shipping Times and Pricing
Standard Domestic Shipping (2-8 business days):
• 0-500g: $15 AUD
• 1-3 kg: $20 AUD
• 3-5 kg: $25 AUD
• 5-10 kg: $30 AUD
• 10 kg+: Please contact us for quote
Express Post (1-4 business days):
• 0-1 kg: $15 AUD
• 1-5 kg: $20 AUD
• 5-10 kg: $30 AUD
• 10 kg+: Please contact us for a quote
COVID-19 & Weather Delays
Australia Post and other carriers are experiencing delivery
delays due to higher than usual volumes, COVID-19 & extreme weather
conditions across Australia.
As a result, some parcels are taking longer than expected to arrive. Due to
these delays within the Australia Post network, we have been informed that the
current parcel post delivery
times around Australia are 7 to 11 business days.

We ship orders via Australia Post and Direct Couriers. The estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary during periods of high volume or due to delays outside our control.
Please note:
• The estimated delivery times do not include our order processing time of 48 hours.
• During peak holiday shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas), please allow an additional 1-3 days for potential delays as our courier partners may experience increased demand during these times.
