Hospital Ordering Process
We make it easy for hospitals to place orders using purchase orders. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to request a quote, submit your purchase order, and complete your transaction.

How to Place an Order on Our Website
Step 1: Browse the Store
- Browse the available resources and select the items you need.
- Click on a product to view details, pricing, and availability.
Step 2: Add Items to Your Cart
- Select the desired quantity.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button.
- If you need more items, continue shopping and repeat the process.
Step 3: Review Your Cart
- Click on the shopping cart icon (top right corner).
- Review your selected items and make any necessary adjustments (e.g., update quantity or remove items).
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” when ready.
Step 4: Enter Your Details
- Fill in your shipping information, including your name, hospital name (if applicable), delivery address, and contact details.
- If you are ordering on behalf of a hospital using a purchase order, enter the purchase order number in the designated field.
Step 5: Choose a Shipping Method
- Select your preferred shipping option (e.g., Standard or Express).
***Please note: All large orders are automatically sent Express via courier.
My Stroke Journey kits are also sent Express via courier, with postage costs already included in the cost price. - Review estimated delivery times for each option.
Step 6: Select a Payment Method
Choose a payment option:
Credit Card – Pay immediately using Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted cards.
Purchase Order (For Hospitals Only) – If your hospital is paying via purchase order, ensure the number is included before proceeding.
- Double-check all details before continuing.
Step 7: Confirm & Place Your Order
- Review your order summary, including items, total cost, and shipping details.
- Click “Confirm order” to finalize your purchase.
Step 8: Receive Confirmation & Tracking Information
- You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase & tax invoice.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

How To Request a Quote
If your hospital requires a quote before placing an order, follow these steps:
Step 1: Gather Your Order Details
- Before requesting a quote, please have the following information ready:
- Your name and contact details
- Hospital name and department
- List of items and required quantities
- Any special requirements or delivery instructions
Step 2: Email Your Quote Request
- Send an email to Store@strokefoundation.org.au
- In the email, include all the necessary details about your request.
***Please do not send screenshots of the products, as this may lead to errors in processing your request.
Step 3: Receive Your Quote
- Our team will review your request and respond with a detailed quote, including product pricing & shipping fees.
- If any adjustments are needed, you can reply to discuss changes.
Step 4: Confirm & Place Your Order
- If you’re happy with the quote, you can proceed with your order by following our ordering process.
- If your hospital is paying via purchase order, ensure the purchase order number is included when finalizing your order.
Hospital Order FAQ'S
1.How can hospitals order resources from you?
Hospitals can order directly through our website by adding items to their cart and selecting their preferred payment method at checkout.
2.Can hospitals place orders using a purchase order?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from hospitals. Please ensure you include your purchase order number at checkout so we can process your order.
3.Where do I enter the purchase order number?
During checkout, there is a designated field for entering your hospital’s purchase order number. If you forget to add it, please email us at Store@strokefoundation.org.au as soon as possible.
4.Can I request a quote before placing an order?
Yes! To request a quote, please email us at Store@strokefoundation.org.au with the list of items and quantities you need, along with your hospital details. We will send you a detailed quote as soon as possible.
5.How long does it take to receive a quote?
We aim to provide quotes within 1-2 business days. If your request is urgent, please let us know in your email
6.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
• Credit Card – Pay securely online at checkout.
• Purchase Orders (for hospitals only) – Orders will be processed once a valid purchase order number is provided.
7.Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you need a copy, please contact us at Store@strokefoundation.org.au
8. What if I have an urgent order but don't have the purchase order number yet?
If your order is urgent and you’re still waiting on your purchase order number, we can help.
Please email us at store@strokefoundation.org.au with the following details:
-A note that the order is urgent
-Your name, contact number, and email address
We’ll process the order without the purchase order number and ask that you email it through as soon as it becomes available.
