About Us

The Stroke Foundation is a national charity that partners with the community to prevent, treat and beat stroke. We stand alongside stroke survivors and their families, healthcare professionals and researchers. We build community awareness and foster new thinking and innovative treatments. We support survivors on their journey to live the best possible life after stroke. We are the voice of stroke in Australia and we work to:

  • Raise awareness of the risk factors, signs of stroke and promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Improve treatment for stroke to save lives and reduce disability.
  • Improve life after stroke for survivors.
  • Encourage and facilitate stroke research.
  • Advocate for initiatives to prevent, treat and beat stroke.
  • Raise funds from the community, corporate sector and government to continue our mission.

As a charity organization, we provide free resources to
ensure all Australians can join us in the fight against stroke. These resources

For all merchandise & resources, our shipping &
handling rates are based on weight and are as follows:

Shipping Times and Pricing

Standard Domestic Shipping (2-8 business days):

• 0-500g: $15 AUD
• 1-3 kg: $20 AUD
• 3-5 kg: $25 AUD

• 5-10 kg: $30 AUD
• 10 kg+: Please contact us for quote

Express Post (1-4 business days):

• 0-1 kg: $15 AUD
• 1-5 kg: $20 AUD
• 5-10 kg: $30 AUD
• 10 kg+: Please contact us for a quote

Christmas & Holiday Delivery

Large Hospital Orders:
To ensure delivery before the end of the year, all large hospital orders must be placed by December 12, 2024. Orders placed after this date may not be fulfilled or delivered until early 2025.


Merchandise Orders:
To guarantee delivery before Christmas (December 25, 2024), all standard merchandise orders must be placed by December 17, 2024. Orders placed after this date will still be processed but may not arrive until after Christmas, depending on shipping times.

We ship orders via Australia Post and Direct Couriers. The estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary during periods of high volume or due to delays outside our control.
Please note:
• The estimated delivery times do not include our order processing time of 48 hours.
• During peak holiday shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas), please allow an additional 1-3 days for potential delays as our courier partners may experience increased demand during these times.
