Our Family’s Stroke Journey covers everything parents need to know after a child’s stroke:

• What do I need to know about life after my child’s stroke? 
• What help is available?

Our Family’s Stroke Journey includes family stories and explains commonly used medical words. 

The kit comes in a carry bag and includes the booklet for parents, and brochures they can give to family and friends.
